Ciao, hola, hello!

I am Marco and I am a Sicilian character designer, concept artist and illustrator.

I have spent most of my life on my beautiful island dreaming of uncovering mysterious creatures in the nature around me, then doodling them in the corner of my school noetbooks and finally drawing them on a daily basis as a job.

After a very long, sometimes fun but mostly exhausting career in lawschool, I decided to study “sequencial art” in Palermo. I worked as a freelance illustrator until I got hired by one of my dream-studios, Tequila Works where I learned how to really work together in a team and how to do it in spanish (venga!). My most recent work can be seen in “Cat and Moth” “Song of Nunu: a League of Legends story” and Disney “Lorcana”.

I am always curious and excited to create new fantastical worlds and to meet interesting and kind people along the way.
